So our City Mayor, on his regular Monday morning 'inspirational' messages, was obviously trying to mask his hurt for not being re-elected into office by being overly cheerful and excruciatingly positive. In his speech this morning, he spoke of duty, citing the recently-concluded National and Local Election as an example.

Excerpts that made me LOL.

Mayor: "The surveys, while inconclusive, are very useful foreshadowing of the things to come. They are not wholly reliable, though. One minute this person is in the lead, and suddenly, at the last minute, another contender emerges from the backside."

Me: .....wait, wait, wait.... WHOSE backside???

Mayor: "...I am proud to have taken part in this historical event in our country, that I went out and made my voice heard, cast my vote among the millions of Filipinos who want change for this country. Even now, a week after that day, I still have evidence of my dirty finger."

(He's actually referring to the indelible ink dropped onto the voter's fingernail to ensure he won't cheat and vote again.)

FYI, I did not vote for him. :)

We're talking 178 episodes here. And I'm supposed to pick one??

Currently, my objectivity is impaired!!

Let's see. Counting down.

* The first moment they introduced the stocking and Jun did not look like himself.
* When Aibaland was born.
* The balloons-for-boobs.
* Nagase wreaking havoc on AnS.
* Aiba-Jun role-playing, when Jun makes as if to kiss Aiba and the baka was giddy-excited that you know SOMETHING IS WRONG. XDD
....

This entry will be long.

Honestly, I cannot pick a single one, because once I think of something, I take note of it, then another springs to mind, then the cycle just repeats itself.

But... remember the last episode? When the last candle was snuffed, I don't think I will ever forget that moment. When it seemed it was truly the end, and everything was dark, then suddenly Ohno asks, "CAN YOU EVEN SEE ME?" and there was laughter, I knew "endings" can truly mean a host of different other things, aside from the usual. :)

I didn't vote for him, precisely because he made such a mess of things in my beloved City. Like... a REALLY HUGE MESS, enough to make the voters elect a former Mayor to clean his mess up.

Cuz the lady was busy chatting to the person next to her and what was supposed to be just a drop of the ink turned into something like nail polish. FUUUUUGLY. Now it's an ugly shade of purple and black. My right forefingers' nail looks dead.

Most of it are fail!Sho moments but Aiba sugoroku is definitely one historical corner with lots of epic moments. Oh, and I'm liking the 80-seconds talk! XD

Let's see I think my favorite episodes are these:

Episode 120 with Nagase Tomoya-san the Johnny's competition part. Hilarious I love their helicopter because the propellers moved. And Matsujun, Ohno-kun, and Sakurai-kun's hamburger...LOL.

Episode 149 with Oasis. I loved it because Ohno-san talked more in this one. He was hilarious with his presentation of the food. And the ladies getting mad at him for always messing up and interupting. And the setting the ladies set for Matsujun and Nino-kun.

Episode 168 with Yajima Norito. If you haven't scene it you should see it!!! It's obsolutly rolling on the floor funny. I love Matsujun and Ohno-kun's part with the guest and entering the maid cafe.

And Aibaland scences!!!!

LOL that's exactly what I was thinking! How on earth can you pick ONE moment from a show that's just THAT brilliant?!
I also liked moments like when Nino noticed Ohno's pants were unzipped and Ohno was like "Where were you looking?!", Sho being really good at the random charades games...the list really DOES go on and on.
aww, I loved all those moments plus some...And yeah, the ending of AnS was really cute....

There are so many to choose from, but I would say the hypnotism moment where Aiba had to admit he had a porno XD I was dying.
Although I love the boob ep to death and the ep when Sakurai and Aiba talked about their bath time :D (Ahh~ I couldn't pick just one)

There's just too many epic moments! But for me, I guess it would have to be everything in episode 13, the Christmas Sugoroku SP because it's the very first AnS episode I got to watch and it pretty much sealed my fate. xDD The moment Aiba bust open the door clad in a reindeer suit, I knew I was doomed LOL.

I still haven't gotten over AnS ending and because of that, I've been putting off watching the last episode. If I watch it, I might end up crying.

There's so much to choose from. But the Christmas episode where they played Aiba's sugoroku will always be memorable cos it was my first glimpse of AnS.

I also loved the episode where they made up haiku poems on the spot and got punished. I still find this one particular haiku Aiba came up with soo funny.

The title shouldn't be Favourite AnS moment...It should be Favourite AnS moments...haha...come on...this is AnS we're talking about...it's extremely hard to choose,ne..

For me, I love Aibaland...and every time the guess asked for spicy food..haha...call me a sadist...but watching them eat those mecha-spicy food and suffered seconds later, really made me laugh..muahahaha..

it took me almost half a day trying to figure this out.. but like everyone said.. like hell we can choose ONE fav moments.. so i am going to list it out.. whether u like it or not.. well.. i hope u'll like it.. ;-)

1. any sugoroku ep.. from the xmas SP,swans,gold faces,nipples,socks
2. aibaland..air gestures, singing talents,sleepingbag and baby costume race,
3. teach me arashi sessions.. failing sho asking for dates and ohchan bribery dates are always love
4. moments of truth,..aiba, sho n ohchan sharing the same 'interest' in dvd,shower sharing episodes,van seating arrangements..
5. all ohmiya and yamapair moments!!!.. nino checking out ohchan zippers,ohchan sleeping in nino's arms,ohchan sitting on nino's balloon boobs, ohchan n sho sharing ea others favourite foods
6. both 80 seconds talk episodes..

the lists cant stop but my boss might think im crazy because im just smiling like a mad woman...

All of AnS moments are full of Arashi's antiques and uniqueness. And I don't know from which episode to start because it's all the best. But first thing that comes to my mind is when Ohno forgot to zip his pants, Sato Ryuta as the guest. That episode is a win. Sho's failness are my favorite. Stupid sports games were always amusing and fun to watch. And all those unique foods that were being served, like spicy and smelly food.

The last episode is still the best. I miss Ogu-san...
