This, my friends, is a massive exercise in futility stupidity. I say my LJ account it totally wasted on me, and for good reason. So, I don't really even know why I'm doing this.

Day 1 - Favorite Arashi song

Can you, honestly, pick ONLY one? Especially as they just keep releasing them every chance they get?

I remember really liking Caramel Song. It... sounded so light, and with Nino's vocals, which reminded me so much of a kid. :) Then Fuyu no Nioi cemented it for me. Unconventional choices, I know. Recently, though, I have to say "truth" made a huge mark to me, coz it was... new, as far as their kind of music went.

Boku no boku ga subete is also another personal favorite.

But I digress. My arm's twisted, question is in the singular, so... "truth" it shall be.

And about meme - I always say "mem" because it'd probably be pronounced that way in French (where it comes from, as far as I know 8D?), but some people anglicize (ooh, I spelled that right! :D) it and say "meem."

That song took a while to grow on me, but when it did, it just stuck. :)

Wish because it reminds me of STBM. xD Also, I love how Sakumiya always goofs around in various perfs of that single. Happiness because it's the theme song of the dorama that pulled me in and got me addicted in all things Stormy, and I really, really, really like Ichioku no Hoshi for some reason. :D

Carnival Night and Still.. also have a huge impact for me :). But.. my guilty pleasure would be Ai to yuuki to cherry pie xDD *laughs at herself*. i don't know why, but I really like that song ever since I heard it xD.

The only time I heard Oretachi no Song was during the clip of Ohno's con. I ought to hunt down a decent audio copy of that one. It sounded so cute, though, combined with Sho's brand of dorkery.

Danggg I know I've search for teh correct pronounciation of meme once upon a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth. But somehow I always ended up pronounce it as May-May. Now you put doubt back in my head haha

"We Can Make It" was the first song I thought of. It has that "ganbatte" feel to it; I've used it so many times to boost myself up when I'm trying to reach for a certain goal. I loved Bambino, so that's prolly another reason why, but I dunno. The fact that its PV opens up with Jun doesn't hurt either. (I've developed an immunity to his voice. LOL.)

Reading the other comments though, I remembered my other faves. "Wish" is special since I got into the fandom around the time it was released; "Happiness" because it really does make me happy, and its PV shows everything I love about the boys; and "Truth" because it displayed their versatility and just kicks major ass. Oh, and yes, "Subarashiki Sekai." SS calms and soothes me. You know how there are days when nothing seems to be going right and then finally something happens that gives you a sliver of hope, something to keep you going? That's always the song in my head whenever that happens. (keso. haha.)

I can't just pick one Arashi song. Recently I like 5x10 and Ashita no Kioku, but Truth is an awesome song too. It's different from the stuff they normally sing, plus the PV's hot, and I love Ohno's Maou hair. I find that Monster reminds me a lot of Truth, but Truth is better.

It's really hard to choose only one. I agree with you. For Single, I choose Truth or Believe. Those are great songs and became a hit. And for coupling song, it's between Still or Boku no boku ga subete, like yours.

I always like their new songs, and this Monster song is really a monster and will become a monster hit too, I think. I was thinking about this recently but every time they do a theme song for Ohno's drama, it will become a hit. For example, Truth and Kumori nochi kaisei/Believe, also I predict Monster's sales will be high.
