What if... again.
Strike three.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SUZ!!!!
Glad to have made your 'acquaintance'. You've no idea what you've gotten yourself into, and I do mean that in a good way. XD Most importantly, HAVE FUN.

loissama asked me this previously, and I thought, AGAIN, just for kicks....
What if you can attend a movie premiere (NOT ARASHI-RELATED. *snickers*), what movie would it be? It could be an already-made film, or an imagined one.
Mine?
I'm not a hard-core Star Wars fanatic, but I'd like to attend a Star Wars movie premiere, just to get the feel of it, to experience lining up DAYS before the actual premiere outside on the streets, surrounded by people in Darth Vader costumes wielding light sabers....
Or on Pirates of the Caribbean 4+, just to see Johnny Depp.
Or on THE HOBBIT, just to see PJ, Philippa Boyens, Fran Walsh, the guys at WETA Digital, Viggo and the Fellowship of the Ring. OK, they might NOT star in it, but one of them's bound to attend. XD

I'm not a big fan of movies in general, but if I have to pick, I'll go to a Harry Potter premiere, just because I like the series.
no subject
HP, huh. That seems to be a favorite. Some peeps of mine from here thought I was gonna pick Twilight and I gave them "the look".

^^;;

Oh, Twilight. I'm suprised you didn't pick that now that you mentioned it. I thought you love vampire movies.
no subject
I... do love vampire stories... I guess I was just influenced by the book because I read it first and got sorta disappointed with all three, that kinda dulled it for me. I did enjoy the movie, though. I shouldn't have read the books FIRST.

1. the next Pirates movie -- same reason as yours, I want to meet Johnny Depp
2. HP and the Deathly Hallows -- JK Rowling is also on my "famous people I want to meet" list
3. Any Pixar movie (maybe Toy Story 3)-- those guys know how to tell stories :D
no subject
Ah, the final film. That ought to be something too. Swan songs are always noteworthy.
...would it kill me to admit that I haven't seen any of the Toy Story films? LOL.
no subject
A premiere for an animated Disney movie would be on my list too...I mean who doesn't enjoy those movies? It'd be like a kid's dream come true. I would have loved to go to the Little Mermaid's premiere....if I wasn't 2 when it cmae out. XDDD
no subject
What would you cosplay as?
Aahhh... I miss that era. Sure, 3D animation's ubercool but sometimes, I find greater joy in going back to the classic Disney animations where they break into song in all their 2-dimensional glory. :)
no subject
I would cosplay as a Ravenclaw most likely. I remember when the first movie came out, the website had a house placing system and I always got Ravenclaw. I'd look good in the blue and silver! <3333
Classic Disney is ALWAYS the best. The 3D is neat to watch and be in awe of technology and the storylines are pretty good, but nothing can top a good 2D animated feature. What is your favorite Disney movie anyway? Mine is the Little Mermaid, of course.
no subject
I wasn't really a girl growing up, so... LOL. I haven't seen them all, or even if I had, I don't think my memory works that well. I do clearly remember Beauty and the Beast and Little Mermaid, though. I'd have to go for the latter.
Maybe I should go hunt the shops for the DVDs of those other ones. Hmm.
no subject
oh i remember Mars Attack... even though that movie was almost nonsense, but i'd like to attend its premier, coz it would really be interesting to see all the stars in that movie in one place - Jack Nicholson, Annette Bening, Pierce Brosnan, Sarah Jessica Parker, Glenn Close, Michael J. Fox, Jack Black, Natalie Portman and Danny DeVito.
no subject
My constant Leo-film-once-a-month DVD date is proof of that.
Oh, yeah, that film was a powerhouse!
Ocean's 11, 12, 13... or 14 (if they make one) would be quite fun, too, just to see all those megawattage overpaid stars together. :)

I really want to go to Alice in Wonderland's premiere! but Pirates of the Caribbean 4 would be even better! LOL. xD

...and Depp is the Mad Hatter! ZOMG. There're Anne Hathaway and Alan Rickman as well. Ughhh.
no subject
Alan Rickman's a genius. Seriously.
no subject
Not only as Snape, of course. Love Actually, Perfume, Sweeney Todd, you name it!

Another one.. would be Pixar's xD. Oh, or the next Transformers?
no subject
Oooh! I wanna see Shia. LOL!

If it was Arashi-related I'd so choose HanaDan over Iwo Jima XD
Probably POTC just for Johnny Depp♥ Or Tokyo Drift for Kitagawa Keiko *_*<3
no subject
Tokyo Drift for the cars. LOL.
no subject
ooo PotC 4 would also be fun to go to, definitely for Johnny Depp!

Movie-what if
I'd go with one involving Shawn Spencer (Psych) since the 45 mins ep I get on USA (a US channel) are not enough for me, I want him to have a big case, big movie, ^_______^ and awesome lines XDDD
Re: Movie-what if
I doubt they'd give him a similar film character... maybe he wants to try something else...but who knows.
Re: Movie-what if

The Hobbit is a good idea too :D
And also something with Okada Junichi in it *_*

He was my absolute Ichiban for years until Jun arrived in my life ♥

Johnny Depp a must
Others I might like are
Independance Day; Love Will Smith.
Oceans Eleven Old and New. Can't even imagine how I would behave, eye candy everywhere.
no subject
I liked Will Smith circa ID4... the recent ones, not so much. I can't explain why.

To be honest this week has been ridiculous though. For a start I had three job interviews in one week, came down with a horrible cold on Wednesday which is still lingering and today got sunburnt. Plus I couldn't book my dentist appointment until tomorrow, so first on the birthday schedule is an early filling, oh joy xD
Still, I managed to land one of the jobs I was interviewed for, I've got beer full of fridge waiting (haven't started them yet, honest) and plus the boyfriend has booked me tickets to see Monty Python tomorrow figuring I was British and would be into that sort of thing (he wasn't far wrong). So all in all its looking up for the weekend :D
On top of that I've finished another HnA episode which is encoding as I type. I'll hopefully send you that by tomorrow :D
As for the question, well it would have to be a Tim Burton film so I could meet him and Johnny Depp at the same time. I'm a big fan of all their co-operative works. Either that or like you say, something with a very unique atmosphere and people in silly costumes :)
It makes me wonder how the Darth Vader's would see the movie at all to be honest. Then again I suppose it isn't all that important when you're actually in it?
no subject
The upside, though, is now you've got at least one thing in common with riida... the sunburnt bit.XD Hope you got over the cold, though. To add a dentist appointment to that is just... whoa. :)
But yay for the job!! Congratulations~ and that fridge full of beer... you thinking of finishing that by yourself? LOL. But Monty Python is goooood. I wouldn't mind getting an eyeful again myself. :)
You're ridiculously fast, considering what a week you've had. Should I commend your time management skills, or you're just crazy speedy?
Johnny Depp seems to be a majority choice. Haha!
I think those that go so far as to wear the costumes, most of them already have gone beyond the movie-fan and became too fanatic to actually care about the film itself. Normally I'd criticize that and find it pathetic, but considering how obsessive I've become lately with my own fandoms, I'd just be digging my own grave. :)
no subject
Well I guess it would be slightly contradictive but still...it's not you like you'd go to an Ohno concert dressed like a giant seabass right xD?
Right...?
But yes Johnny Depp is always a good choice I find x3
If you should commend anything at all let it be my level of procrastination that's kept me at the computer instead of in the books xD...
And not all of it, I've had some tonight but I think I'll save myself for tomorrow now xD
no subject
I'd even have a giant lure made to match. Tee-hee.

But Gerard Butler... oohyeah.

And I'm loving your layout. :3
*cough* Re: your
randomquestion, I'm not a big film buff myself but any movie with Johnny Depp in it. (I would've sounded more original if you didn't say it first. LOL I kid, I kid.) I mean, it would totally be awesome seeing him be nice to his fans, like in a real-life perspective. :) I've always been curious about that, esp since he's not the Hollywood-ish type.no subject
True, true. He's kinda aloof, which is part of his charm and mystery. :)
....looks like Johnny Depp's a runaway choice for the actor-to-see. lol.
