True, it is well-made (and I've only seen the first episode too!). I like how the characters are already well-drawn from the first episode. Power plays (well-crafted) ones, I've always found intriguing. And with Sam Neill in the cast, this could only be a powerhouse performance from all of them.

I dunnoo.....Jonathan makes his characters his own, so I am looking forward to how he'd evolve to the Henry that history draws him to be.

Merlin's fun, right? I am sooo thankful that it did not go the teeny-bubblegummy way. Yet. I'd be thoroughly disappointed if it does.

HOCRAP!!! YESS!!! (I didn't bother Google-ing, you see). ISAAC MENDEZ!! Dang. I was so used to seeing him look not-too-clean in Heroes that I failed to make the connection, I just knew I saw him somewhere. :)
